Owner doesn't show up 3 out of 4 times for appointments. Then if you call to ask why he says he has a life and if you don't like it go somewhere else. Ok

Great Haircuts! Quick but pays attention to detail! Reasonable prices in this day and age. Voted the best Barber shop in the Reader's Choice for a reason. Highly recommend any barber there!!!

I got a walk-in haircut last Wednesday, 9/11/24. I have no issues with my hair, but my neck is another matter. The attached photo was taken three days later. Since I am not going to say anything vulgar I will have to let the picture speak for me.

I can’t thank Enzo enough for taking the time to try to fix a it my son revived at another salon. The patience and attention to detail was unmatched. The owner even came over to assist. Great group of guys.Thank you

My husband Nick has been going to Lombardo’s Barber Shop for almost two years now. Chris the owner is amazing, over the top professionalism, and really outdoes himself for group events. A week before our wedding Chris closed his shop for a guys night at the barber shop for Nick, his groomsmen, and our dads. They were able to bring food and drinks while having the place to themselves for a couple of hours for all the guys who chose to get their hair cut! Nick and all the guys had an awesome time. Chris gave Nick a Lombardo’s shirt and a really nice whiskey set. Overall great experience and Nick will continue to support Lombardo’s!! Shout out to Chris, Aaron, & Enzo!! Thanks guys!!

I made an appointment with Chris. After waiting 30 minutes I started to leave and he was walking in. When I said I waited 30 minutes he didn't apologize but said "I've got 9 other guys here". I was in shock that the owner would speak to a customer like that! Then he said something about getting a sandwich and then "you wanna leave.... yeah, go ahead". So I did and I won't be back. This would have been my 3rd time. I always tipped more than 20%. I guess they have too many customers now.

I've been coming to Lombardo's for the last 4 or 5 years. Always a great experience. I think I've had a cut from each barber on staff, I've never been disappointed. Close, clean, and friendly, what else would you want?

I brought my son here for the first time to get a hair cut when I left and wasn't 100 percent happy with it (just minor) , I contacted Chris on Instagram and he responded within minutes and said he would open the shop and fix it no problem! HeFixed it and it looked amazing !!! So happy !!! It meant so much that he valued me and my son as customers and fixed it he was respectful and you could tell during the cut he values his work ! we will 150 percent be coming back and returning planning to bring myYounger son here as well . Great owner .

Chris is awesome! We were referred to Lombardo’s by another family in town to cut our 10 month olds hair for the first time. Chris was awesome with him and was super efficient and patient with our little guy. His cut came out great! I just booked an apt for myself!

Came to CT on a 6 month rotation and found Lombardo’s from a friend. Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean. Got my haircut by Chris every time and was never disappointed! Will definitely be coming to him if i’m ever back in the state.

Had a haircut and beard trim this morning. Lombardo's was very welcoming and comforting when you walk in. They did a wonderful job and the cut and trim looked amazing. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone.

Great guys, brought my toddler in who isn’t the best at sitting still for a much needed cut. They showed so much patience and even gave him a toy truck to hold on to and keep, which he hasn’t put down all day. Thanks so much, from a stressed out boy mom.

After looking for a Barber, I saw a recommendation on Facebook on Southington Talks and decided to give Lombardos a try. Enzo did a great job. Haircut and beard trim priced perfectly. Definitely would recommend.

Honestly worse barbershop experience litreally gave the complelty wrong cut half way through the barber cutting my hair says "yeah im uncomfortable cutting the rest of you're hair" then has another barber come finish it and they dident listen to anything I said I asked for nice easy cutt leave the hair on the top fade the sides and back that's all took me a year to grow my hair and its gone now never going again.

I've passed by this shop many times, but finally made the step to drop in.The first thing I noticed was the clean and professional environment. I travel 30 minutes to get here from Plymouth and it was definitely worth the drive.I subsequently met one of the barbers when he came to the smoke shop next door. He was very friendly, I'd definitely let him cut my hair. I've been growing my beard out for about a year now and I'm hoping these guys can make it look good! Can't wait until next time!TL;DR I strongly recommend Lombardo's barber shop!

Told em low fade got a high fade and I specifically told him to leave hair on the sides as much as possible and he took basically everything away. My back was facing the mirror so i couldn’t see what was going on. I went here like 10 times abd this is the 2nd time happening. Not going here anymore
